What types of aquariums are serviced by Aquatic Impressions?
We service aquariums of all shapes and sizes. No tank is too small or too large. 10 gallons or 10,000 gallons, it does not matter. Freshwater, marine and reef.
Do you install custom aquariums?
Yes, we install custom aquariums and accompanying life support systems (filtration) in commercial and residential settings. We work with contractors and interior decorators to design the perfect system for any location. Additionally, if you’re a hobbyist in need of a custom sized aquarium that you plan on installing on your own, we can have any size built for you and shipped to your door. 
Do you provide aquarium system installation and services to commercial as well as residential locations?
Yes, we currently install and maintain aquariums in commercial and residential settings.
Do you service ponds?
Yes, we currently service most ponds of small to average size. Please call and we can provide additional information on pricing and availability.
I have not cleaned my aquarium for months, the tank is very dirty and I am not sure that my filter is working. Is Aquatic Impressions able to help with cleaning my aquarium and providing a new filter as well as other supplies if I need them?
Yes, we have rehabilitated many neglected aquariums and brought them back to tip-top shape. Sometimes in this case, the initial service fee will be slightly higher than a standard cleaning until we can get the aquarium stabilized. We can bring all necessary supplies with us at time of service. As always, we provide free estimates.
What does a normal aquarium service visit usually cost?
The rate varies with the type / size / location of aquarium so its best to call and we can usually provide a quote over the phone or may need to stop by to take a quick look. We may ask you to text or email us a photo or video of your aquarium system and from there we can give you an instant quote in most cases. Our current minimum service visit fee starts at $85.
Do I have to sign a contract?
For service clients we do not require a contract, although occasionally commercial clients do request a contract to do business and in this case we will do so.
I am going on vacation and I need someone to look over my precious piscine pets while I am away. Can you help?
Yes, we provide visits for feedings, water top offs etc. Each situation is different so please call and we will do our best to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.
So, after I call to set up an appointment how soon can you come out and provide service?

On average, our lead time for new customers is about a week. Sometimes, we can get there sooner but, occasionally, it’s a little closer to two weeks. We do our best to prioritize our clients needs and make adjustments to the schedule accordingly. 

I want an aquarium but I dont want to do ANYTHING including feeding the fish between your service visits. Is this possible?
Yes, in most cases we can set up a tank w/ an automatic feeder and put your lighting on a timer so all you need to do is sit back and enjoy! We can also install an aquarium monitoring system that allows us to remotely monitor your aquarium parameters and equipment status from anywhere in the world.
Will I need to have any cleaning equipment such as hoses and buckets for you to to service the tank?
No, we only require that you have a faucet nearby with access to hot and cold H20. We bring all of our own equipment with us.
